Fix FileZilla Error 421 – Today, while uploading a new WordPress Theme for my one of the blog , I got an error “421 Too Many Connections (8) From This IP”, I was unable to upload the theme to my blog through FTP hosting account.
This error is also related to “Delaying connection for 5 seconds due to previously failed connection attempt” error also. When you try to upload any files through FTP Filezilla Software , you would be finding this error and time taken while uploading will be too much or sometimes you may not able to upload the files.

Follow the Below Steps To Fix FileZilla Error 421
1. Open Filezilla FTP Software
2. Go To File > Site Manager
3. Select “Transfer Setting” tab, and then simply click on the checkmark box next to “Limit number of simultaneous connections” and keep “1″ as value in the box
4. Now Press “Connect” and You are done
If still you have been seeing the same error ” 421 too many connections (8) from this ip ” just Logout the FTP account after killing the previous connection.
