These sites are design to create malware at your system and it will steal all your information.
- None of the Banks asked for any details related to your personal information, password or one time SMS (high security) password any time through any mode like Phone, SMS etc. Even Bank official don’t ask for such information. Any such e-mail/SMS or phone call is an attempt to fraudulently withdraw money from your account through Internet Banking. Never respond to such email/SMS or phone call.
- If you have revealed your Password or any account related secret information to anyone, change your password immediately.
- Scan your computer regularly with Antivirus to ensure that the system is Malware/Virus/Trojan free. Enable your Windows Firewall.
- Change your Internet Banking password at periodical intervals.
- Always check the last log-in date and time in the post login page.
- It is advisable not to use the Internet banking accounts from cyber cafes or shared PCs.
