7th Pay Commission constituted by Government for Central Government Employees.The recommendation for Seventh Pay commission will be implemented by 1st January 2016.
Finance minister also announced that the Head of 7th Pay Commission Panel or other members will be finalized shortly. This new 7th Pay Commission will be helpful for around 50 lacs regular Government employees and approx 30 lacs pensioners.
This is a political stunt by congress party to announce the Pay Commission in such time when there is pending election at Five state in the month of November. I don’t know but Bankers 10th Bipartite Settlement will naturally get a Boost.
Bankers must understand the strategy of Central Government Employees Union and they must bargain with government for Upward increment in 10th Bipartite settlement.
After all it’s a Election time and there is a fear of NAMO.
