Sir how to online registration DOP internet banking without visit branch
EVEN I NEED THE ANSWER FOR THIS QUESTION
Can joint account holders of SB Account in Post Office activate Internet banking separately to manage their other post office linked to same PO saving account.
Yes in Saving account ‘B’ type. (a) jointly or by the survivors/survivor which is called Joint-A type
account (b) either of them/any of them or either of the survivors or survivor which is called Joint-B type
account.
Sir,me n my wife have joint account in bank but with separate internet banking based on separate ID. Why not in Post Office.
Internet Banking facility is available in post office for Valid Active Single or Joint “B” Savings account. (a) jointly or by the survivors/survivor which is called Joint-A type
account (b) either of them/any of them or either of the survivors or survivor which is called Joint-B type
account.
Please understand me.we have a joint Saving acc. in Post office with Separate ID say A n B.Holder with ID-A has active internet banking n can deal with PPF n SCSS accounts but holders with ID – B is unable to activate net banking n cannot deal with his PPF n SCSS accounts.Post office officials also failed to activate ID – B ‘s net banking. Why not in Post office n why it is easy in banks.kindly help.
Probably the account operation under Joint – A. In such case only primary account holder may be permitted to access the internet banking. Request your branch to check it out. Unless the operation of account is under Joint – B, IB can’t be activated.
