Exam for various Organization are conducted on various dates or in different phases. What do you think, this is good if considered the candidates views.
In this era of cut throat competition, a small favor may change the overall selection. There are many exam where the difference of hardly one or two numbers are matters. Like exam which are conducted recently on various dates are IBPS, SSC, SBI , LIC AAO , CAT , RBI etc.
These are exam where the selection matters in one or two marks. With different dates of exam it makes the candidates who are appearing in the exam at later dates extra vigil since he/she came to know about the exact pattern of exam or sometimes the question are repeated.
In recent exams we have seen that although the question are changed but the topics will be same. Suppose in one of the premier exam question were asked from the topic Bhartiya Mahila Bank, in the very next phase exam question was asked about the Budget allocated to mahila bank. it is quite natural that candidates who came to know about the question asked on previous dates will check the topics asked in the exam.
My personal experiences say that this one question will make a difference. I don’t know what other think about this but this is not correct justification for million candidates.
