Answer Key For SSC Combined Graduate Level Tier – II Main Exam

Today was big day for many of career Jobs aspirants who were willing to Join and worked for government jobs through Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Those who qualified for Tier – I of Combined Graduate Level Exam are qualified for Tier – II exam.

All those who pass the Main exam of SSC will go for Interview and Final round of Exam.

I spoke to many of candidates who appeared for SSC Combined Graduate Level Tier – II, Almost all of them were very nervous about the expected cutoff of Main exam. Syllabus of both the Paper i.e. Math and English were changed completely. All those candidates who were purely depended on Guides and previous year patterns find themselves at lower foot.

Cutoff will naturally low compared to previous year. Expected cutoff for Math will something around 55 to 60 and in English it will be around 140+. Anyone who is able to score total of 180+ will qualify the exam.

  5. It is very easy to calculate the cut-off. When the pre cut off was 115, the mains cut off was 424. Therefore when the pre cut-off is 86.75 , the Mains cut-ff will be (424*86.75)/115 which is equal to 320 approximately. However, this should have been the cut -off if the standard of paper and no. of seats had remained the same. But we know it is not true. The standard of paper was higher than before and as per my information the no. of seats are also higher, but the truth is that no one could guarantee the number of seats in the SSC exam, therefore, let the no. of seats be same as that of 2010 exam. Now, the calculated cut-off of 320 should get lowered due to standard of paper. I would give a relaxation of 5 marks and that would bring the cut-off to 315 numbers for the General category, But if you think it too be too low, you may increase it up by 20 marks. So, in any case the cut off for General category for the post of Assistants and Inspectors can not be more than 335 numbers. Now the candidates of different categories may calculate their cut-off using their experience.
