11th Bipartite Wage Revision Updates – Minutes of meeting held between UFBU and IBA on dated 30-11-2018. A meeting was called at IBA office in Mumbai between Indian Bankers’ Association (IBA) with United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) for negotiating the long pending demand of wage revision of Public Sector Bank Employees. Following are the updates of the scheduled meeting :

1. IBA has hiked their existing offer of 6% of salary hike to 8%
2. They also got agreed on 5 Days Banking
3. IBA insists on Wage revision for all the employees up to Grade III only
