 Ans : Go to Setting — > Forgot MPIN. It will ask for your Secret question. Provide the answer and you may generate a new MPIN. After generating MPIN you have to register it immediately at any ATM.

    I am using your service since 1 years but many times i am facing problem of application synchronize.sir as per message i am doing but still it is giving message” request can not be proceed please go to the setting and synchronize first”
    After go to synchronise it shows get I have got key and enter the key in synchronized more than 10 times but problem is same.
